T75 UHF RFID electronic filing cabinet is mainly composed of RFID reader, antenna branch, antenna, light strip, light control board and other electrical components. The system supports EPC C1 G2 (ISO18000-6C) protocol, works in the 840~960MHz band, and uses UHF RFID technology to achieve accurate positioning of file boxes.
Business functions:
The interior of the cabinet is designed with 5 layers, the thickness of the file box is 5.0cm(can be customized), there is a partition between each file box, each layer can be placed 15 file boxes, and the cabinet is integrated with a special antenna for file positioning, which can be accurately positioned to the position of each file box, and an indicator light is installed in the corresponding position of each file box. Each layer is equipped with an infrared trigger device. When detecting an infrared trigger, the system automatically starts inventory, detects the presence of files, and reports the results to the platform. Take out operation: After the taking out instruction is issued through the platform or the operation screen, the cabinet door of the cabinet where the file box is located automatically opens, and the prompt light of the corresponding file box is on. The user only needs to take the file and close the door according to the indicator light.
Return operation: send the file return instruction through the platform or operation screen, the corresponding cabinet door will automatically open, select the empty position to return, return successfully, the light will automatically light up.
